| The Thrivent Choice (SM) program lets
members recommend where some of Thrivent Financial for Lutherans'
charitable outreach funds go by directing Choice Dollars(SM).
The amount of Choice Dollars
designated to you depends on the type of Thrivent Insurance products
you have that qualify. There are many worthwhile charities that may benefit from this program, one of them being St Luke's. As a Thrivent member you may direct where these donations go by using their website. Once there you can choose how to direct Thrivent Choice Dollars to send them to a charity of your choice. When doing so we ask that you consider designating St Lukes Church. You can also call Thrivent directly at 1-800-847-4836, ask for fraternal, and they can assist you. |

Funds Program. So, it is important for all members who qualify to
contact Thrivent and where their Choice Dollars should go. |
